Welcome Message from the Principal

Dear newly-posted students and parents,

Welcome to KCPSS! We are deeply honoured to have you join us as part of our #TeamKCP community, and are certain that your time with us will be one of purpose, growth and impact.

As you embark on your KCPSS journey, there will be time for us to connect and to grow in confidence in our learning and exploration. For now, focus on preparing your heart, mind and spirit for the new year. Secondary school will bring with it new routines, relationships and perspectives on the world that requires you to be open-minded and curious. Yet, at the same time, know that KCPSS will be a place where you can look forward to the future with hope, just as God told us in Jeremiah 29:11.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

I look forward to meeting you soon, and welcoming you to KCPSS. For now, you will find on this website and various messages sent to you all the key information that you need. In the event that you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Administrative Details

We will be contacting parents/ guardians of students posted to KCPSS via Parents Gateway/ email following the release of S1 posting result.

In the meantime, feel free to visit our school’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebookor “The Kuo Chuan Experience” ) information about our school programmes.

If your child/ ward has not been posted to KCPSS and would like to request for a school transfer, please click on FormSG and complete the form online. Do also register with the school your child/ ward has been posted to.

Orientation Programme ( 2 to 7 Jan 2025)

Your child/ ward will begin his/ her journey as a KCPian an Orientation Programme during the first week of school. Watch the video that the EXCO of the Student Leadership Board has prepared to welcome you! Stay tuned for a video that will share more information about the Orientation Programme.

In KCPSS, we will journey with parents of KCPians over the next 4/5 years. As a start, our Principal, Mr. Justin Tan would like to connect with you at the Parent Engagement Session: Supporting Your Child in Secondary School that will be held on Saturday, 11 January 2025, 9am, in our school auditorium, where you will get to hear from our Principal.
