Area of Focus
The National Police Cadet Corp trains its cadets to be strong both physically and mentally. KCPSS NPCC’s core mission is to “develop our cadets into caring and responsible citizens” and its vision is to “mould the builders of a safe and secure home” . It is a co-curricular activity that emphasizes discipline, unity and taking initiative. It also provides cadets with opportunities for leadership training and character building.
Programmes
NPCC cadets are encouraged to take part in Inter-Unit and National competitions organised by the Home Team Academy (NPCC HQ). Cadets will get the opportunity to participate in various programmes such as Road Safety Marshall Duty. Camps such as the annual Adventure Training Camp at Pulau Ubin will help cadets build resilience. Programmes such as the Leadership and Mentoring Skill Course (LMSC) will help cadets to develop leadership skills too. |
