Strong passion for talent area interest (journalism/ media/ content creation)
Ability to work well alone or with others as part of a team

Selection Domain	Evidence and Records
Aptitude	Any portfolios to highlight aptitude in talent area For example: Articles, podcasts or vlogs about a selected topic or issue
Attainment	Applicants should preferably have one or more of the following: Language proficiency to communicate with confidence and clarity Experience in journalism, publications or related communications area
Motivation and Interest	Any evidence of pursuit of talent area interests within or beyond school Any evidence of reflective thinking, engagement in social issues or interest in current affairs
